Q. Can I bring my dog along and is there a charge?

A. Yes well behaved dogs are welcome at our site free of charge.

Q. Do you allow tents?

A. No tents allowed on site.

Q. Where is the nearest town located?

A. Sheringham is located approximately 5 min drive from site.

Q. Where is the nearest supermarket located?

A. Tesco’s at Sheringham.

Q. Where is the nearest beach located?

A. Sheringham

Q. Is there Wi-Fi access on site?

A. Yes Wi-Fi is provided around the site with wifi hotspots and free of charge.

Q. Is there a laundrette on site?

A. There is a laundrette and tokens are obtainable from reception (£3 washing machine and £1 tumble dryer for 10 mins?

Q. Do you have a shop on site?

A. We do have a shop on site located behind reception.

Q. Are pitches allocated?

A. Pitches are chosen on arrival and not allocated.

Q. Can we have a BBQ on site?

A. Yes BBQ’s are allowed but must be raised of the grass.

Q. Is the Swimming Pool on site and is there a discount if staying on site?

A. The swimming pool is located on site and there is a discount whilst staying at the caravan park.  Please contact reception for more details on prices.

Q. Is there a children’s play area on site?

A. There is a children’s play area on site.

Q. What time can we arrive on site?

A. You can arrive after 12 noon. If arriving after 6p.m. please call the site on 01263 823802 to let us know.

Q. What time do we need to depart the site?

A. 12 noon

Q. Do I have to book in advance?

A. It is advisable to book pitches in advance, especially during peak periods.  For on the day bookings please call 01263 823802 to check availability.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or cheque.  Cash can be paid on arrival.

Q. When do I have to pay / do I have to pay a deposit?

A. When making a booking online we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit and the balance paid for four weeks before your arrival.  When making a booking over the telephone we ask for a £20.00 deposit and the balance to be paid four weeks before arrival or on arrival if approved by the site.

Q. Do you offer refunds if we cancel or leave early?

A. Yes, we offer refunds if you cancel more than 7 days before your booking is due to start, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit. We do not offer refunds if you choose to leave early, or cancel within 7 days or your arrival date.

Q. I need to cancel my booking, what do I do?

A. Please call 01263 823802 or e-mail info@woodlandscaravanpark.co.uk and we will be happy to provide full details about how to cancel a booking.

Q. Do you accept group bookings?

A. Yes, we accept group bookings. Each year we have a number of caravan rallies stay with us at the site.
