Covid-19 Information

We are working hard to make sure we are doing everything we can to keep you as safe as possible at Woodlands. As you can appreciate, some of our procedures have changed to comply with the Government guidelines and to keep all our guests and staff safe.

It seems certain that many restrictions will still be in place for some time to come. This will mean that some facilities will likely be closed or not available.

Below is a summary of facilities indicating which will and will not be available. As government restrictions begin to be lifted, we will aim to open and provide more facilities as we are able.

Our reception office will be open. Where possible we ask you to telephone the office rather than visiting.


We will not be accepting cash payments at reception. Please make sure you pay by telephoning or online a week before you arrive.

We have changed the layout of pitches to allow for greater social distancing on site.

Mandatory face coverings must be worn in all buildings including the Shower and toilet block. There will be signage for social distancing, controlled admissions and hygiene, as well as hand sanitiser stations around the site. We ask you to follow this guidance to keep guests and staff safe. Where communal areas are open, please be prepared to wait sensibly and follow guidance on the maximum number of people that should be inside at any one time.

What to do if you start to have COVID-19 Symptoms whilst staying on Site

If you start having any covid-19 symptoms whilst staying at Woodlands please isolate immediately, inform Woodlands office by telephone and follow the government guidance.

We would like to reassure you that we have complied with the government guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 by completing the ‘five steps to safer working together’. Please see our certificate below.
