We are working hard to make sure we are doing everything we can to keep you as safe as possible at Woodlands. As you can appreciate, some of our procedures have changed to comply with the Government guidelines and to keep all our guests and staff safe.
We have some difficult decisions to make during the 2021 season regarding what facilities can be open on our park. We are having to wait for the government to issue guidelines about what can be open and how it must be managed to allow for any social distancing measures that are in place at that time. We will need to be flexible in deciding what facilities to open in the next few months.
Below is a summary of facilities with the latest information about what may be open or when we are hoping to open. As government restrictions change we will aim to open and provide more facilities as we are able. Please be aware we may have to make changes at short notice.
Our reception office will be open. Where possible we ask you to telephone the office rather than visiting.
We will not be accepting cash payments at reception. Please make sure you pay by telephoning or online a week before you arrive.
We have changed the layout of pitches to allow for greater social distancing on site.
Mandatory face coverings must be worn in all buildings including the Shower and toilet block. There will be signage for social distancing, controlled admissions and hygiene, as well as hand sanitiser stations around the site. We ask you to follow this guidance to keep guests and staff safe. Where communal areas are open, please be prepared to wait sensibly and follow guidance on the maximum number of people that should be inside at any one time.
Please book online where possible. If we are holding your deposit from a previous booking then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office on 01263 823802 to rebook.
If you start having any covid-19 symptoms whilst staying at Woodlands please isolate immediately, inform Woodlands office by telephone and follow the government guidance.
We would like to reassure you that we have complied with the government guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 by completing the 'five steps to safer working together'.
